Umm, going against Russia has absolutely ZERO to do with "liberal PC Hollywood." Russia is one of our greatest enemies (top three, at least). And one of the only countries in the world capable of making it at least an interesting confrontation.

Yes... I did read the article... and yes, I've been well aware of his health issues for many years. Hence my mention of possibly incorporating the likes into his character back story for the last 30 years in order to support the drastic physical changes compared to his co-stars.

Without Tony Scott idk thats going to be a tuff sell here. Kilmer looks very sick in his recent pics, dont get me wrong id love to see Kilmer and Cruise as instructors especially if they can get the full cast back but idk this is going to be a tuff sell for me.

The only thing more unbelievable than Cruise being a fighter pilot at his age is Tom Cruise being able to meet the height requirement in the first place to be a fighter pilot.

I'm surprised we haven't seen a great aerial dogfight movie with today's technology. They can put some fighters on 360° gimbals surrounded by green screen and it would be spectacular.

Man not only did that film suck but it had some of the worst CGI and blue screen I've ever seen.
