Just came back from my first Acupuncture treatment ever! Fantastic!. Didn't feel a thing, other than one slight irritation when he inserted a needle into the affected area. It's a thing of beauty! Going back next week for another treatment!.

There is nothing to it LeAnn! Like I said...you can't feel a thing. He only put in a half-dozen needles today, as it was my first time, and he wanted to see how I reacted to the procedure. I just lay on the table for about 20 minutes...noticed no side effects or discomfort at all.

I suppose if someone is uncomfortable with needles it could represent an issue. If that's not a concern....try it. I feel great right now.

I doubt I'll ever get used to it really, lived pretty much for 30 years eating whatever I wanted and now my diet is irrevocably altered. Hoping this is as bad as it gets though, don't want any of the bad complications or the insulin injections that can come later.

Exactly...you want nothing to do with that if you can help it. I suppose, like pretty much everything, one does get used to things and it becomes second nature after a while.

Just stay the course and you'll be fine!

Apparently water, soy beans, cherries and cinnamon help lower blood sugar, I should try to have some of those things daily.

I do not understand how someone can have hundreds of files all over the floor and find anything...

Watching Harry Potter 3 and wondering how long it'll be till I can watch all 8 of these.

It was crazy! I needed to find my originals and it took me forever. Another person came in to help, saw me sitting on the floor just pulling files, and changed their mind.

It is going to take a LONG time to finish all 8
