Japan had the US version available last month. I know a bunch of people that imported, and played a month early.

I'm getting very stressed after realizing Fox Home Video is shutting down, I have so much to buy but not the funds to afford it all. Hope I can get my favorites before they go oop.

Anyone know if Shout Factory ever talked about acquiring Benson the TV series for a full series box set? It's the only 80's sitcom missing from my collection

I have heard of Mercari before, but I've never bought anything from there.
Ebay you need to be careful with, because there are a LOT of bootleg DVDs and BDs out there.

You know how when an amazing viral video takes hold and people are like "That's it. You can shut the internet down now."

Well, seriously, this may be the video actually worthy of such a response:

Most Americans don't care why it's a holiday, they just care that they're getting a day off from work. I've heard co-workers before asking others what the difference is between Labor Day, Veteran's Day and Memorial Day.

It's like, could you be any less patriotic?

unfortunately, they're not taught the reasons for those days.

and that's sad

so i'm thinking those 2 weeks away from all the bullshit might help...i don't know...

of course, it'll probably still be there when i go back.

It wasn't the best "vacation" ever, but it helped my attitude when I got back to work.

Best of luck to ya, though. Take the time off. Watch some movies. Pound some beers (if you drink), and just enjoy the break.
they approved my 2 weeks... the earliest i could do it is starting june 15. so i'll be off from the 15th through the 28th.

PLUS, i think i'm gonna take another position i've been offered to get me off the front end and away from most of the craziness. i was actually offered 2 different positions and they told me i could pretty much choose which one i want. it's still the same shift i'm working, now...but not being on the front end is a plus.

I'm not that surprised since most civilians only see the days as time off from work (some employees) and a time to get together and celebrate having time off from work.

Have any posters here been charged with import duties ordering Blu-rays from Amazon UK after Brexit went through? I ordered some Blu-rays from Amazon UK and foolishly forgot about them. I wasn't charged any VAT for it.

Thanks.
