My primary role will be picking items for online orders and getting them ready for pick-up by customers. According to my brother (who has the same position), I'll occasionally do other stuff, too, as activity wanes here and there.

Started on 2nd site on wordpress for my VHS/beta/Video 8 list. I hope it will work as I don't or can't find something else unless I pay for the site myself and I might do that when I have money but ah well the list isn't that massive anyway. I am still going to make my official list in Ant Movie Catalogue and do a different one online. now I need all the tapes here to actually finish what I started.

It's better than renting!

For 20+ years I rented.
Never felt safe and secure.
Never felt like I accomplished anything.

I have over 5,000 movies... Not part of my main collection
I was selling off the disks but recently decided to stop selling.
I am now keeping each and every one and will be doing something kinda cool in the, hopefully, near-future.

Our governement leaders are playing with nitro by not raising/getting rid of the debt ceiling. The US has never defaulted on it's debts ever. This may be the first time and God help us if it happens.

The stock market will crash, Social Security recipients (like me) will not get their money, the military will not get paid and our fragile economy will be thrown into a Depression. The drop dead date is October 18th.

I wonder if this would work for me. i've been on plenty of drugs and seen plenty of therapists which never helps. I have self manage it myself could use a different type of help.

Was looking through my lease agreement and it confuses me. It is for the storage unit and I can't figure out how to terminate it and give five days notice and be in person to sign whatever I need to. But I am jumping ahead of myself since I don't know for certain I can bring everything home in one trip now. It's a jumble mess. I would like to do it this year and get rid of it since I've had it since 7/5/2017. oh well.

Glad to see someone with common sense here, not to mention the post above you proves how terrible misinformation from our scumbag elected officials can be as social security is not tied to our debt ceiling. We have had shutdowns in the past and both times it was unaffected.

Wrong. The US has NEVER defaulted on it's debt. That is not the same as a government shutdown which has happened numerous times. In fact our president just signed the bill that extends out to December 2021 to avoid a partial government shutdown.

Defaulting on the debt ceiling means the Treasury has run out of money.

It is a question and an observation.

Our debt is very high.
Who caused it is neither here nor there, I'm not taking sides or pushing blame.

We bomb certain countries and then spend billions to fix them up, even though we are/were at war with them.
WHY?

Second, we owe many countries money, many other countries owe us money, why do we not attempt to collect or disregard what is owed to us by countries we owe to?
