You also feel a little naked too, don't you? I always do when I forget something. Like my watch, for example. I don't use it and it's not telling like it should. But I feel naked without it.

We've been wearing masks pretty much nonstop for 2+ years - it's bound to feel weird walking around without one straddling your face. Lately I've been having a hard time breathing with the masks on, especially in warmer weather, so I take it off. I don't bother with them much anymore except for work. I get a kick out of seeing people wearing masks in their own cars or outdoors. That was never necessary even during the early days.

Lots of good things that I want to order from Best Buy and GameFly. I need to check my finances first.

You said straddling your face and it made me immediately think of a woman

I helped my brother power wash the outside of the house he rents and plant a bunch of flowers to make it look nice. His landlord like what we did so much that he raised my brothers rent.

Back when Columbia House was a thing, my enrollment order would consist of titles I could sell on eBay or Craigslist for the most money, and then my fulfillment order would be the new releases I wanted for my collection. Basically selling DVDs to pay for DVDs.

At the post office, I was efficient. I knew exactly what I wanted and would be done in two minutes, because I hated it when customers were unprepared and held up the lines. When I would tell the employee I wanted media mail, they'd always ask what was inside the package, I'd say DVDs and that was the end of that.

One time I said Blu-rays and everything came to a sudden halt. The employee had no idea what those were. So I said DVDs and it was smooth sailing again.

The Wife and I have been discussing a tentative plan for our trip into The City this week and one thing we always try to do is go to movie to take advantage of the kick ass movie theaters down there. I had been going back and forth between Top Gun:Maverick and Jurrassic World Dominion, but have recently decided on Top Gun. Though JW is in Atmos and has d-box seats, Top Gun seems to be the more enjoyable movie.
This will be one of the very rare times that I've picked a movie that isn't in Atmos. Weird.

I never see a movie in ATMOS. The only ATMOS theater near me is about 30 minutes away and it's an AMC theater. I don't subscribe to AMC, so it would cost me. It would cost my oldest sister as well who goes with me usually, as she isn't subscribed to AMC either. I could treat myself sometimes, but I'd have to Uber and it's just not worth it. Though the one time I went I loved it. Maybe, I'll get my sister to go for my birthday coming up.

I’ve read some good things about AMC theaters. They’re likely similar to the AVX theaters here in Canada.
I think they’re fn awesome and we ALWAYS try to get into a movie while down south. It’s a 1600 km (1000 mile) drive for us, so we gotta take advantage whenever possible.

They're good. I just don't have a subscription to them. So, it would cost more money to go to an AMC theater. With Regal, it won't cost me anything for the ticket.

I finally took a picture of what I believe is all of the clothes that I bought since late October. It started with buying/ordering seven jackets from Macy's in a week along with a couple pairs of jeans and a two henleys. Four vests followed and then I just went even more bonkers

Sweet haul, man.

I see some are still new in packaging. Now you gotta try them all on and make sure they all still fit before autumn/winter. : )

Any new watches to go with them?

Actually I haven't worn any of those clothes yet Not shown are the vests, jackets, another pair of Adidas sweat pants and nine pairs of shoes. Oh yeah, and the eight watches that I've bought this year It's been a few months since I've bought one though. I still need to get a couple sized.
Here's a few more pics of the haul

Wow, nine pairs of shoes. I have a few pairs if dress shoes new-in-box which I am unsure if I will wear anytime soon. My job went full remote and I have not worn any of them yet. Bought them on sale which makes it hurt less but still feels bad.

OoO I see a few Golf Galaxy bags, but prolly some North Face stuff from Dick's. I've been finding nice items at Nordstrom Rack as of late.

Taking cough syrup right after you brush your teeth isn't the most pleasant experience.

Do you have pairs of the dress shoes? Sadly I've never had any reason to own a pair of nice dress shoes

You're right about them being from Dick's. I ordered a few things from them including some of the North Face shirts and a North Face jacket as well as some Adidas sweatpants. Altogether, I got nine pairs of Adidas sweatpants. Most of them are their Tiro style pant. I spend more time in sweats than a youth soccer coach

And I should say that most of the clothes were purchased at some kind of discount.
