I'm wondering if I could get away with murder if I tell the judge I smoother my fiancee with my pillow because she wouldn't stop snoring? I might use my phone to record her snoring 1st as evidance, because when the judge hears it I think he/she will understand.

If you really want to get away with it... use talc-free rubber gloves... hold her still... open her mouth... force her tongue down the back of her throat... she chokes on it, but you can say that you thought she was just snoring from the sound of it...

Oh, and make sure she has some alcohol in her system. It can add to the validity that maybe she passed out.
