Wendy’s …why ya gotta do me like that? I try to order a $1 single and now your app isn’t working?

Wendy's was working for me! I ended up just using the $2 off breakfast combo and got the number one that includes the maple bacon chicken croissant. I hadn't realized that it was chicken and not a hamburger patty. I had to get up and look at the menu lol It was quite tasty though.

I got off at 9am today and I was thinking about going to check out the Harley Davidson and Spirit/Indian stores via the bus but I just ended up getting three movies at Target and then getting breakfast at Wendy's.

I have my theories, but I feel that they turned off app ordering to cut down on a massive lunch rush. Seems a bit silly to deny a customer the ability to order via the app, but Starbucks does it too sometimes usually due to staffing issues. Just a theory.

Well I would say I'm positive the reason some restaurants don't allow online ordering(especially for pickup) is they don't want to overwhelm their kitchen staff during busy times.

I actually just used the dollar holla and I got to say the last one prob was the best of the bunch, fresh and done right for a freaking $1.07 can't be beat.

Try just using it at the drive through window instead of ordering on the app.

Hmm will that work by just showing them?

I had a single last week and skipped bfast. Got there at like quarter to 11 just when they switched over to lunch. I had to wait a few mins but that was fine. Fresh off the grill! I was the only one there heh.

Yes, you should see a "use in store" button and they just scan the QR code at the window for the discount.

So my second job is dedicated to disc returns.

Just today

-Contact Turbine as they continue to fail in providing “clean discs” which is insanity considering it ain’t cheap mailing from Germany. Nobody thought to inspect discs that were being sent ? My Knight Rider set had at least half the discs with scratched and filthy discs. So they sent me replacements and most of those are worse! Anyone who spends $250 on a box set should receive a clean set, IMO. Is that so hard to ask for?

Gruv- My Westworld 4K Steelbook came with a few dents but I’m used to those in this day and age. All the discs contained scratches and were in rough shape. So I purchased a second copy. Steelbook had even more dents. Discs were only slightly better, but no playback issues. Gruv is sending me a return label. As good as it’s gonna get at this point.

Kino- my March Maddness order arrived. 3 movies will need replacing. So I’ll be firing off another email.

Have to tell my brother something a family secret before his sons born. I just hope I'm not paving the road to hell with this one. Deep inside I know it doesn't matter even if it leads to hell I still have to pave it and much like myself he will still have to walk it.

Trying to save money for a new toy, traveling or just to save for a rainy day. So that means I may be cutting down on movie purchases but I see they have the Vikings complete series for $60 and that is tempting. I might go for it. I've never seen a single episode but I couldn't imagine not liking it as it's right up my alley.
