Wondering how I'm going to change the headlight on my car. That bulb cap is darn near impossible to unscrew. My fingers still hurt from my earlier attempt. Thing's gotta give some time...

some ***hole stole my bicycle yesterday! Its parked RIGHT outside my window and it was even locked! I live halfway down a street with probably 80-110 bicycles parked on both sides of my flat, and yet they stole mine?! To make things even more ironic a bicycle is parked without a lock on the exact same places as mine..! Another expense I could have been without! No insurance...

im not laughing or anything. but this post from guy who lives in Denmark. bicycle capitol of europe (?) ... im sorry for your loss. did it only have lock. or was actually locked into something. that is how we do it here...

It only had the lock.. Lesson learned.. But still I don't understand why they took it.. You are right about there being loads of bikes here and people tend to steal them drunk on their way home late at night, but usually only the unlocked ones! I would love to find it one of the coming days - preferably with the "owner" on it.. Sooooooo many bicycles so little luck

what car is it?
I just changed mine recently..and I believe most cars if not all just use a rubber weather guard that you just need to kind of pull off like a suction cup.
It's quite easy and takes just a few minutes to do.

i have about 45 days before i can call in sick and not have it count against me.

i can use vacation b/c fridays are always full.

Heh, right now we are in a "If you call in you are written up and possibly fired" week because of the excessive amount of work we have. We have somebody who is most likely going to be suspended next wednesday because he was late 3 days this week. It's not been good at all.
