Where is their like 50 or more business in the surrounding area and yet none of them are hiring? It's like you gotta get there 6 months in advance before a new place even opens. Seriously though. I see all these places being built, but they already have a full stuff before they open, or soon after?

I call and I call and i call and nothing. It's like trying to get a date with a girl and always getting turned down by them saying were think about it or were get back to you.

Is there any type of local services that help w/ job placement where you are? If so, these types of places help you with things such as building a resume, applying to job position openings & have help wanted ads. I recommend to a lot of my friends who are in need of work to head out to our local one stop(what its called) and within a week they have a job. It's a really great place

There''s a place called Job Connections, I visit them on a daily basis and they say they don't have much that I'm qualified for. I don't have a license and or car. So it's alot harder for me to find a bus relying on a bus for transportation for getting there and back. And the last bu leaves at a certain time, so I'm limited to a certain time I can work.

I don't have a license. And it's not like I wouldn't like to know how to drive. It be a whole lot easier on me. But no one's ever taught me, or be willing too. I have the driver's license book you read before taking the test.

No shame in that. I was surprised to learn how many people do not know how to drive or even want to.

Have you thought about looking for some free driving lesson classes or a cheap driving school?

I know some people always say why didn't you get it when you were 16? Or why don't you get your license at your age? I mean there's only so many times you can ride the bus. I mean not to be mean, but the type of people who ride the bus. Makes me not wanna ride it. lol. Plus it takes forever too riding the bus going through so many towns, when i could just take the highway if i drove. Slowing driving me crazy being stuck in one place for so long.

They have free lessons for that? I know my mom paid to have personal driving lessons who was also around my age when get got it.

I know with the type of business I would like to get into I would need a license and car to be driving all around town for it.

Thanks, I'm just wondering if i missed mine. But I gotta keep a positive attitude about these things. Do good things and good things will happen. Like returning a wallet I found on the bus Monday to the Bus Driver. I know not alot would have done that. Or if they did they take out whatever was in there of value.
