Just realized I have a ton of shipments coming in.

1 from Zavvi
2 from B&N (one blu and a book)
1 from Shout Factory
2 from WBShop (just 1 shipped at the moment, still waiting on my Exorcist digi to ship)
1 from Amazon (haven't ordered yet, but plan to this week)

Not to mention a big U&S haul from Best Buy i'm getting tomorrow.

I hope that Zavvi shipment is a region locked blu to go with that player you just picked up I've been needing to head to Sears/Kmart and pick myself up one! Then I can finally order The Outsiders from the UK

It is! The Demons/Demons 2 steelbook. The player and the blu cost less than the Synapse steelbooks!

I think I actually prefer it this way. No longer have to worry about regions.

First I got laid off, and my supposed last day was 31st July.

Before I know it, management suddenly offered me an extension thru the middle of September.(same pay, same duties, and only a 7-day notice is required if I decide to terminate the agreement early) That's a good news out of a terrible situation, I suppose?

I'm getting bored with 3D movies. I buy the sets to get the 3D disc in case I do wish to watch it at some point, but I don't hardly watch them anymore. This year I have watched a 3D film at home twice. I've even stopped seeing 3D films in theaters. Most are just too subpar.

Ive got a 3d tv but only use it for some games, not got a 3d blu ray player but dont need one as my tv upconverts 2d to 3d very well.
Its not something I would miss if I didnt have.
Only catch 3d films if they are the first opportunity for me to see the film, if theres a 2d version on first then i would catch that as a preference.

I've only used it once for a video game, the Arkham series. I'm just not into it anymore. It may change once some better done 3D is out there but for now it just seems like a waste of time. Or maybe the novelty of it has just worn off.
