That said it's rather ironic this subject came up as just yesterday I came across an 'autograph book' from my elementary to middle school moving up ceremony. Would it be strange to look up some names and call them to catch up with them after 20+Yrs.?

I've always been a sentimental person this way. Every time I fly, if I meet someone on the plane and we hit it off (conversation-wise) I'll get melancholic the moment we start to descend because I know I'll never see that person again. Even if it's just a couple of hours, we're essentially sharing our lives with these people we meet - I just think this time spent together deserves something better than "nice knowin' ya". I know most people don't give a hoot about any of this - they just want to get on with their lives. I guess this is the reason I've become a loner. Nobody wants to connect

My local AMC just opened their Dolby Cinema today after two months of construction, and I wish I still worked there. Although $17 per ticket isn't TOO bad I guess..

It may be that the class size was fairly large, as it was in my case. At high school, there were about 35 of us in the class and we just tended to hang around with the kids we sat next to, or the ones sat in front or behind us. We never normally mingled with the others during break times. So basically out of the 35 kids, it would probably split up into five or six 'mini-groups', so to speak.

When I left school, I was at college for 2 years and here there were only 14 of us in the class including me, so everyone knew one another more intimately and we even met up sometimes over the weekends.

$17 A TICKET!!!

daaaaaaaaaaaaaamn!!!

i guess there's a downside to not going to the movies except maybe once every 3-4 years...you lose touch with ticket prices, lol. when i went to see fallen kingdom, i went to the matinee and it was only $6.

Sinemia and A-List are viable options.

theater subscriptions would definitely be wasted money for me. like i said i only go once every 3-4 years...sometimes longer than that between trips. so spending even the $4.99/month on the lowest plan for sinemia would be $$ wasted every month. yeah it's only $5, but that's enough for a lunch one day.

except star wars, i can wait on any other movie to hit blu-ray or digital. i went to see fallen kingdom because the jurassic park series is one of my favorites. but, it was an awful experience thanks to someone using their phone the entire time....and i mean the ENTIRE time. i said something to them, they responded, we had a few choice words....it was just a shitty experience. and it reaffirmed my reasons for not liking the whole theater experience. i make exceptions for star wars, and i usually wait until it's deep into its run so there are fewer people to have to deal with while i'm there.

That's because it's Dolby. A regular ticket is still $9.99.

It's also not a full size bowling ball. It's a pen holder. The ball is a little bigger than a softball.

He said no and took note of my prescription and said have a good night.
That’s the edited version.
Later when messaging with my wife she wondered if I was potentially being set up. I said no, a baggage handler probably smoked one then touched my suitcase and it left residue.
I do find it a lil bit strange that I don’t smoke pot, nor hang with anybody while they’re doing that, yet a dog figured I do.
Hmmm...

( I have nothing against pot nor anyone who enjoys it)
Those dogs get attracted to a lot of different things, probably wasn't anything drug related at all. I was coming back from Mexico and got pulled to the side at customs and told that the drug dog indicated that there something in my bag. Come to find out it was a piece of a cookie that I had bought during our layover.

I remember one time in high school the principal came into my Art class and asked everyone to come to the cafeteria and leave our stuff. While we were gone, a drug dog was brought in to check our belongings. When we returned, my backpack, which was always hanging on the back of my chair, was now on the table and appeared to have been opened. When I checked it, the tuperwear container my peanut butter sandwich was in had been tampered with. This was after lunch, so the container was empty aside from some PB residue still inside, so I’m pretty sure the dog alerted to that.

I had a friend have her car searched on campus one time because the dog alerted to something. Only thing it “alerted” to was the bottle of Zyrtec in the center console. Strange.

$21 in NYC. It's a once or twice a year splurge for me. Big event movies only

That's for 3D, a little cheaper for a 2D ticket.

When I went to see The Force Awakens in 3D with 4 other people, it cost us $100 just for 5 tickets. I was shocked!

I don't watch 3D in theaters that often, because of the extra price.

I saw the movie at this really cool theater in Fresh Meadows, Queens, NY that has like huge seats, you can recline all the way back, two plump arm rests, and the A/C actually works.

The time for a Saw marathon is fast approaching
I might watched all 7 of those films, since they are available and it is October.
I also thought that Jigsaw (2017) was pretty good.

I need another hobby to do while my prints and designs are running through my plotters. Another cool craft hobby would be nice. I'm going to look around and find something, I hope.

It was Equalizer 2, which was in 2-D. I'm not sure what it's called but the theater had fancy reclining chairs and a kick ass sound system. Oh, and a very large non-IMAX screen. It was very "premium"

Lightbulb Dating Tip

You don't marry the prettiest girl at the party. You marry the one whose yelling at the beer pong table because she's losing. That girl is going to raise winners and you want your kids to be winners.
