Does anyone know if the regular Blu-ray discs will be remastered as well or if they're going to be the exact same ones from 2010?

I'm not seeing anything about the OG audio. All I'm seeing is atmos mixes.

Very excited about this release !!! Hopefully all 3 films will have DNR free transfers and new transfers are created for this 4K release the old blu-rays at least with BTTF 2 and 3 where riddled with DNR issues. Back To The Future is one of my favorite movie trilogy's !!! That being said note to the studios : USE THE ORIGINAL POSTER ARTWORK FOR THE BOX ART PACKAGING. That makes me so mad when they use these photoshopped covers for the box artwork for films and tv shows coming out on disc.

Went with the Best Buy steelbook set just to have individual cases instead of digi-book packaging. With the recent works from Universal these should finally be the definitive presentations as they been doing some impressive work.

I just like the fact it also has some episodes of the cartoon series. I’m not a steelbook person either but the covers are better & I like the back of them form a whole DeLorean & yes I’m aware it rips off a similar poster because I have it on my wall.

All of the artwork for this release is so ugly that even the art department at WB is laughing at it.

Think I'll wait and see if there are individual relases later on. Not liking the artwork much but being digipack is even worse. Depending on the size of the box it might be possible to replace it with one amaray case but I doubt it as digipacks are usually much thicker.

The standard Blu-ray discs are confirmed to be remastered and they will get their own standalone release too.

The 1st of these films came out the summer after my 2nd year of college. I even remember where I saw it and who I was with. I have the 25th anniversary Blu-ray but other than selling the DVDs I haven’t touched it. I’ll give it away if I can find any takers. I may have to pay to mail it to someone.
Dolby Atmos sound (I have 7.2.4 speakers) & Dolby Vision have me sold. I ordered the hoverboard rather than the steelbook because the latter will not be visible on my bookshelf but the former will.
Never mind that I have so much to watch already that I may never get to this unless I put everything else aside when it arrives.
Upgrading things to 4K is getting tedious. The only upgrade that I’ve watched and has impressed me is “Lawrence of Arabia.” I had to buy 3 movies I didn’t want just to get it.
I draw the line at upgrading “Spartacus.” I just don’t like the movie.
Maybe I should catch up on my backlog before buying anything else, but I get caught up in the hype of this forum.

is 2.0 the original audio? IMDB lists 6 track and Dolby Stereo, which I think is 4.0. Although, I supposed you can't go 100% off what they say.
