![]() I can't say, as I haven't upgraded yet. I'm just starting to crawl out of a financial hole I was in. Hopefully, by next year I can afford to make the upgrade. Yes, but I have a feeling what you're joke is about and what I'm laughing about are two different things. I will say this: My thought is dirty and maybe not kosher. |

I asked because I'm worried there will be a chance that the Back to the Future Trilogy won't have decent 4K transfers.

rescanning the original blu ray related prints just without dnr without a modern restoration of the original camera negatives or in the vain of the original negatives in other words just a slapped together 4k transfer these films need a modern restoration they aren't just 80s classics they are classics period just like ghostbusters or karate kid etc.

I would think this would be a fresh 4K scan from after the blu-ray era. And with the OCN instead of IP print. It was said at the time of the blu-ray the elements were from 4K, but I wouldn't trust the PR department of Universal to not be peddling white lies there.
I mean, just consider the output. As I don't think DNR explains everything about the quality of it. |

Therefore if Back To the Future were to be released on 4K with new version of AACS encryption keys that movie would be secure on release date. |
