Amazon US hoverboard Giftset was not shipping internationally at all so I placed an order to my brother's US address.

2 days ago, the item page showed it can be shipped internationally so I went to my already placed order and was able to change the address to Egypt which wasn't possible before.

Unfortunately, this is in Amazon's hands and for the UK LE set, they might never allow international shipping due to the low stock (if rumors are true).

There is still time though till December but for the normal digipack set, it is shipping internationally as of today.

For those complaining about the yellow / brown tint being added to BTTF Part 3 some seem to forget most western movies in color used some sort of warm / brown tint to give it that old west feel look at most westerns that have come out since 1990. It has to do with the kind of film stock the film was shot on not the actual transfer itself. Also BTTF Part 3 was shot at both The Universal Studios back lot and in Monument Valley as well as other locations back when it was filmed in late 1988 / early 1990. Both Part 2 and Part 3 where shot back to back now a days a lot of big franchise movies are shot one after another.

Somehow when watching the Spare Change's review, shots of BTTF3 looked really off.
Some looked almost sepia-colored.

Not for me, I need it more neutral. Because the warmer the setting, the more yellow the white looks.

It was an observation and not a complaint. I do get your point but its there on the present scenes towards the end as well not limited to just the period scenes in the past.

Today I will try to set the colour temp on my OLED and see if that mitigates it. These are the best they have ever looked (IMO).

SpareChange says grain is super thin on parts 2 and 3 and some close ups can look a wee bit waxy which is exactly what I said earlier.

Some were bothered by the cyan tint on LOTR-1. Personally I wasn't but we can't deny it wasn't there.

Why would anyone set their TV to Warm 2? Don't you want neutral color temperature?

My OLED does up to Warm3 which can look quite garish. For movies, I had set it at Warm 2 which is the recommended setting.

Very good points you make. Some but very few do complain about the warmer / brownish / yellow tint on recent Blu-Ray / 4K Remasters like to the blu-ray of Raiders of The Lost Ark in 2012 but I guess it depends on the transfer some like the cyan and also yellow / brownish tint done on remasters but some don't as we have seen recently with LOTR-1 on Blu-Ray and Batman 89 on 4K UHD Blu-Ray. If a 4K remaster is done well on UHD Blu-Ray how it looks at least for me does not matter as much. Films can look so different on home video from when they originally came out many years ago in the theater.

Exactly. They can all talk about being faithful / director's intent but ultimately current tech is employed to make it look better or worse. Personally I am pleased with how these look. I am sure there is always room for improvement. Not sure how Die hard fans of the trilogy would feel though.

What they should’ve done was give the entire trilogy the Jaws Blu-ray/4K treatments.

I don't know mate. To my eyes these looked acceptable and miles ahead of the dated BD. The 2 main observation:

1. 2 and 3 - super thin grain almost to the point you have to go near the TV in some scenes to spot it.
2. Mild yellow tint on 3.

Detail and resolution wise these are big upgrades.

Looks like you know these films byheart and I am not in a position to comment how these should look. I will leave it to the knowledgeable crowd here to give the final verdict.

This was exactly my thinking, westerns often had this warm look too them and with BTTF3 being set mostly in the old west I assumed the look was intentional and not a screw up with the remaster and just because previous home video releases didn’t exhibit it this way doesn’t mean this presentation is wrong as we all know it’s not a good idea to base how a film should look on what came before it.

Part 3 in my head has definitely got a kind of golden warm hue to it to make it look like the westerns of yore.

Just received the Nordic set. Discs are housed in a 7-disc Viva Elite case, similar to Nordic Hitchcock 4K set. Love this packaging.

Same, my copy got backordered too. Some people got their orders cancelled though. I'm guessing they know they don't have the stock to fulfill those orders. I'm glad at least one of these scalping goons got what was coming to them though.
