Go ahead and pick up in the store. they haven't charged your credit card or taken the $10 yet. I did the same thing. I got it in the store and canceled the pre-order and was able to get the $10 gift cert that I had used as they had not redeemed it yet. they wont charge you until the ship it.

I get a kick out of all the people pissed off, or even those that aren't but constantly post "where is my order"?

Honestly...who cares? If you get it mid December you will still get it why do you have to have it the release day (or before as some complain about that too).

This has to be the worst forum for the "Sky is falling" because disc orders aren't in. The absolute worst!!!!

If it is best buy, go to the store, they can override it in most cases. But you have to physically e there.

No. I made sure of that. The rep totally understood. He did have to reorder the BTTF but then issued a refund for 1/2 the price.

The rep made it clear that I was going to be in limbo forever. He even asked me to let all you here on Blu-ray.com to contact Target customer service to fix your orders.
