Flawless playback on my Sony UBP-X800 for all 3 films.

The X800 is a legit player, and the Bluetooth connectivity comes in handy for the occasional headphone usage.

Ok, I stopped being lazy and popped in the first film (from BBY steelbook) and watched it from where Marty sees George in the diner through to right after the dinner scene. Everything played fine on my LG player, so I'm a happy camper.

Finally got my gruv eBay order at ****ing 9:30pm tonight (USPS running slow as shit). Just got off with Target chat to cancel my pre order that never shipped and didn't have a single problem keeping my Mallrats price for buy 1 get one 50% with the free shipping. Target gets some major credits here for customer service. As far as eBay gruv is concerned with packaging, that bubble envelope was a mess. Opened it up and barely one, very minor dent in one corner and I checked every disc for scratches and only the Part III standard blu had a minor scuff which wiped off with a microfiber cloth. Deal of the year as far as I'm concerned.

Got to the end of the skateboard scene in 1955, no issues yet on the X700

Got my second replacement copy from Amazon (third copy total) in the mail yesterday... and it was the most damaged one yet. Totally crushed in on the bottom left side. This after their insistence that it would be delivered undamaged this time. Just gonna stick with the BB exclusive, since apparently Amazon can't be bothered to properly package their own exclusive for shipment. Ridiculous.

Finally got around to watching Part III. It's one of the strongest 4K transfers I've ever seen. Definitely a contender for best 4K disc of the year.

Clara wasn't dead in the timeline where only Doc, and not Marty, was in 1885. He met her at the train station as planned.

No, you can see her standing there in the background on the train platform when Doc and Marty are looking at the map and discussing the railroad line they intend to use. When they leave to go look at it, she reverts back to having to rent the wagon to take her belongings to her new house.

Nope. Rewatch the scene when Mayor Hubert visits Doc's workshop. Emmett had volunteered to pick her up at the train station, and only didn't due to Marty's intervention. He would have picked her up as planned otherwise. So Marty wasn't the cause of that particular historical change, Doc was.
