Originally, Clara shows up at the train station but no one is there to help her with her things, so she rents the wagon, the snake spooks the horses, and she goes over the ravine which is named after her: Clayton Ravine. When Doc is there originally (without Marty) Doc meets her at the train station and she never drives the wagon herself. They fall in love and he's shot by Buford Tannen. She commissions the gravestone. The ravine presumably keeps the old Indian name: Shonash Ravine. In the final timeline, Doc and Marty are looking at the map and discussing the railroad line they intend to use while she waits on the platform. When Marty and Doc leave, she reverts back to having to rent the wagon. The snake spooks the horses and Doc and Marty see her and save her from going over the ravine which will later be called Eastwood Ravine. |

Went and pre-ordered the HMV Japanese steelbook of the first film.
https://store.hmv.com/store/film-tv/...apanese-artwor I'm normally lukewarm on steelbooks, but getting this meant I didn't have to pay extra for the sequels (which I am also lukewarm on). I might still spring for the trilogy if Zoom do a deal at some point. |

Watched Back to the Future last night because it was October 26... not 1985, but you know.
What a glorious presentation. The picture, the sound... family loved every minute of it. [Show spoiler]

After watching all 3 films now in a short period of time I have a few ideas that I like.
[Show spoiler] I don't know if any of these points have been mentioned before in the animated show or fan fiction. I really did enjoy watching all 3 again in 4K. |

Hey, what about the train? WHO PAYS for the train they wrecked? Aren't we teaching children to be irresponsible with other people's properties?
Doc was adamant about getting back to the future and then destroying that infernal delorian time machine, which has just caused SO MUCH trouble. So why did he create a time traveling TRAIN?! Doc was supposed to originally die with a bullet to the back and Clara was supposed to die falling into the ravine with the cart and horse, but Marty changed all of that. WHAT ABOUT the time space continuum, huh? And then Doc and Clara have KIDs????? How do they know that one of them doesn't grow up to be a little HITLER?! How is it that in westerns, when someone discovers that they had been plugging someone that has a piece of iron across the chest, that they no longer have enough bullets left to put some in the head, or in the chest now that the iron-chest-wearer has now tossed the piece of iron down on the ground? Well, okay... it was only two westerns, and both of them had a Clint Eastwood in them. Does anyone else notice, in BTTF III, that in Doc's automated breakfast making machine, that the eggs start turning white before the pan slides down over the heat? It should stay clear until after the pan starts heating up! These things need to be fixed — I WANNA REFUND! |

While all the time travel logic checks out in terms of Doc, Marty and Clara in party III, and that was well confirmed in the last page or so, I honestly can't believe people discuss the time travel of the movie and it's trilogy unironically. The filmmakers in their own personal statements/philosophies and in the execution of the films don't take the concept and 'accuracy' of time travel seriously.
They were so much more focused on how many jokes they could make out of the future and the past as they can. It's light hearted adventure. |

If you guys ordered any TV shows from them at eBay (Parks and Rec, House) call them, because I had an order for P&R and they told me that they cancelled the order on the 10th but there's no notification on eBay and now I had to sent a request for refund. |
