Watched part 3 tonight.

So how exactly did Doc Brown
[Show spoiler]get to the future from 1885?

Last we him, he was on the hover board with Clara and Marty took the Delorean back to 1985.

Then Doc just shows up in a tricked out train from the future. But how could he have built something like the Flux Capacitor with 19th century technology?

...what did I miss?

[Show spoiler]There was a period of time where Doc settled down with Clara, had a couple kids, and built a new time machine out of a train engine, and then went into the future.

[Show spoiler]Well seeing as the train flew I always assumed he just reverse engineered the hoverboard tech, that is more than enough of an explanation for me.

Apparently, Part 2's Ooh La La reveal was edited on netflix.
No magazine cover shown and 2 lines from Marty removed.

dafuq

Another reason physical media is important. I recently ordered the complete Scrubs collection on DVD (i used to have the individual seasons, but traded them in) because I fancied a re-watch. The very next day, it was announced that all nine seasons were available for streaming. I contemplated cancelling my order and saving myself £50, but five minutes into watching the pilot episode, I realised it was censored. Needless to say, I kept my order.

This better not mean the new master is going to get censored as well.

I'm surprised at this, as it's so innocent. It's not like she's naked.
Yet they allow cartoons with kids masturbating and then the live action movie where the girl has her first orgasm while watching tv and rubbing on a pillow.

I'm sure the UHD will be uncensored. It's just Netflix being Netflix.

I watched it on Showtime not long ago and wondered if that scene was altered. It's almost a blink and you miss it moment so I don't know...

It's a very clumsy edit, too. They only show a few frames of that shot.

Next thing, they’ll edit out the “colored mayor” line.

[Show spoiler]He also already knew hovertech since he outfitted the DeLorean with it from the first time he went into the future

Count me as someone who thinks part 3 is more entertaining than part 2.

2 has the more interesting concept, but 3 is more fun imo.

...I like everything but the ending.

Yet another example of why streaming can never replace home media as the best method of viewing films.

Uni is low key greedy. Only studio hat releases a movie on blu and then the 4k 3 months later so you can double dip. Or have 48-hour rentals on digital during a pandemic when everyone else lets you purchase
