Ya because it will be the 45th anniversary for Jaws in 2020.

I'm not sure if they will remaster the whole series or not. A 4K master has already been done. I don't know if it's recently been done or if it is old though. So that may be a problem.

But have they got the HDR ready for the BD-R and will it be better than what was on in the VCR? Or will it be no better than a DVD-R? If it does suck who's the CEO so we can complain PDQ about the PQ? And the packaging better match, as I'm OCD on these things and pretty OTT about it.

Equally excited as I am terrified that they will screw up the transfer. Not a big fan of they way the Blu-ray looked. And they had and opportunity to fix Jurassic Park but they didn’t. So I’m pretty nervous as BttF is my 2nd favorite film of all time.

OH MAN YES. Back to the Future was my favorite movie in my teen years. I was beginning to think it was never going to happen!

I thought wrong, dude.

Edit: Let's hope III doesn't have the weird yellow color timing that was added for the Blu-ray release.

Didn't you hear? Paramount is being bought by Disney. They're going to make the Star Trek series into something more kid-friendly and eventually tie it in to the MCU.

I knew it! Very much looking forward to these (hopefully) looking like film. The Blu-rays are a travesty.

Did anyone read that release? There's no specific mention of 4k Blu Ray. They do mention theater re-released and digital material too.

Before I get my hopes up, I'm waiting for some definitive language.
