Hopefully you left a very bad review. That’s weird Ebay did nothing to the seller. Cause that happened to me over a game and the seller tried to back out of it and I got EBay involved and they said they told the seller to honor the sell or their account would be banned.

Mine says the 7th of October. Am I mistaken or wasn't this originally slated for the 6th and pushed back two weeks? That could be why delivery date is wonky.
