Are you sure you watched the 4k?
When I watched them all the other night, they looked amazing.
Then again, it may be because I have a full Dolby Vision set-up

Damn... maybe it is just an issue with some of the discs, scratched or not. Really sucks too, right when the film is gearing up it just craps out.

It looks pasty regarding the texture.

I also have a full Dolby Vision set up, it doesn't remove DNR. I wouldn't say it permeates the entire transfer but it shows up enough to make it feel very inconsistent.

The other two look pretty much perfect to my eyes though.

In the great tradition of the Universal cash cows they somehow manage to make a minimum of one out of line with the rest they'll do well or perfect. Wonder why

Why a cash cow would not be delivered perfectly. And why it's always the most popular or sought after to be reference by communities like ours. Can't imagine for the life of me...

I watched part 1 on my Sony x800 and there was no stuttering at any point in the movie. So I'm grateful for that.

Yeah, it's not great. Much better than the 2010 blu ray though. I played that one afterwards and was shocked at how bad it looked.

The opening of the second film just bugs me. There’s no reason for Doc to be so agitated and In such a hurry to save Marty’s son when he has a literal time machine.

I mean, would you rather have Doc just waltz up to him, like "Ah, excuse me, Marty. There's a bit of a problem concerning your future kids. Would you mind coming with me, please?"

The bundle on Vudu is available to buy in UHD for $17.99 right now. It’s just that the code won’t redeem UHD at the moment. And there is a thread about it on the Vudu forums. So, yeah redeem in MA for 4K rights if you need to redeem it now. Otherwise, for just check 4ksheet com to see if the issue has been fixed if anyone wants to know how it redeems.

Yeah but the movie doesn't have all all the time in the world. Get that hook in and start reelin'!

If he waits any longer something might happen that could change the future he just experienced. Better go ASAP while he’s prepared for that particular future and do what needs to be done.

More like those videos originally appeared on the Bonus Disc from 2015 and got pirated to YouTube after the fact.

Get those godawful-ugly steelbooks from Best Buy then.

His question was already answered in the next two posts, what was the point of this reply?

I think it's his own personal goal to spread as much negativity as he can around the forum.

How does the 4K disc look like with HDR10 and no Dolby Vision? Any better than the BD disc? My 4k projector doesn't support Dolby Vision so I'm curious how this stands up to the previous release. I don't have Dolby Atmos either. I really like the color saturation in the BD set. From the videos I've seen finer detail seems to be more apparent in night scenes rather than day scenes.

My TV can only display HDR10 and I thought all three looked fantastic.
