Mine the same happened. I watched them all and the second movie skipped in 4-6 places, no amt of cleaning would help. I figured it's my least favorite movie and it's just skipping, and I have the BD of it, the other two work just fine, who cares, I'll just live with it skipping, at least it's not freezing and jamming up my machine. Then 2 months later I put the first one on to watch with my husband and it's freezing all over now too! When it was just working fine, no updates to to the player during that time. I thought maybe with the new update last year it would work better (it worked for Alien thankfully!!) but nope it's still skipping all over. The second one still skips in the same spots. the Third skipped real quick just once.

yeah if I don't want to deal with it I skip the 4ks and will keep watching the BD.

I'm curious too to see if the individual ones will play better. Are you going to watch it soon and then wait a bit and see if it starts skipping a few months from now?? I was going to contact them to see if replacing them would work, but I bought them quite a while ago, and even another copy I tried had even worse skipping problems! So I'm not sure exchanging them would help, but if the new ones are good then I'll rebuy the first one.

I just got a shipment notice for Part II and Part III. When they deliver I plan on watching all 3 movies beginning to end. Will report back. Could be a week or two since they're overseas shipping.

Started watching my 4K trilogy set this week..2 major skipping/pixelating episodes in part 2. Extremely frustrating so far into the 4K life cycle. Panasonic 820 player.

There was about 10 minutes of footage or so when there was a lot of color noise reminding of a VHS recording. Nothing too distracting but really standing out. It was discussed here in the thread.

I can't wait for unboxing and pictures - I'd be happy with the amarays that have the original posters too, but depending of how good the steels look.. wish they came on a bundle box, though.

A YouTuber did separate unboxing videos for all three SteelBooks. Same movie discs as in the earlier collection, but no bonus disc or digital copies.

No bonus disc is a no-go for me. Same reason why I skipped the Indy Jones and Godfather steels

It's not that hard.

I just don't get why the better poster-based steels don't get the bonus discs. I'm missing out solely on that account. :/ But the first ''deluxe'' steels get the bonus discs.
