Anyone know what's on the bonus disc that comes with the Part III's Steelbook? The back cover seems to indicate it's the same bonus DVD content included with The Complete Adventures set, but the picture appears to show it's a Blu-ray now.

Why do they always bother to waste space with the silly "4X SHARPER THAN FULL HD" banner is beyond me.

Isn't it just the same recycled bonus disc from the previous sets?

Oh, yeah, it is that same one. I was looking at an older release where it had a bonus DVD, but didn't check the newer 4K sets to see it had a bonus Blu-ray.

Shirley it's the same bonus Blu that came with the last UHD set? It wasn't exclusive to the complete adventures set, which had four DVDs included for the animated series.

Oops, too slow

If those new steels had the original poster art like the regular edition; I would have bought Day 1. Since I have the first for $10 from GRUV (those were the days..), I see no reason to ‘upgrade.’ As many times as they release some movies (like JP), they may eventually get around to releasing the steels I want. I can wait.

So another lazy repackage?

An easy pass for me.

I don't care about leaflets, posters or miniature delorean / Doc / Marty figurines, just give me a new (better) encode and ill re-purchase.

Is the standard trilogy set a rigid box or flimsy junk will be the question.

Don't get me wrongo, those UK tat steelbook editions look lovely and would've been my go-to had they been released five years ago. But I'm good.

I do like the packaging better than my current steel set, but I think I'm good. Can't keep rebuying everything just for new packaging.

I refuse to buy these movies again until they come packaged in a real DeLorean.

Steel car > Steelbook

50th anniversary would be my bet

Shoot, I didn't know about these. I still wouldn't know about them, if a Twitter account I follow for toy news didn't uncharacteristically post about it.

Not sure I would've bought these on 4K for a second time, but it would've been nice to have had the choice about the Amazon set.

So if I already have the last 4K set and only want what's new, I just have to buy the first film for the bonus disc?

Would have loved to get that Jaws 19 poster.

Buying these 3 steelbooks will be cheaper than buying that big 4K trilogy boxset from 2020 that came with all the collectible tat on Ebay.
