Dirty Grandpa (2016) 4K UHD Blu-ray

Dirty Grandpa (2016) is apparently being released on 4K UHD on June 12. UPC 031398288053.

Might grab this one if it has the theatrical cut. The TC is already too long for this kind of movie and the unrated cut just adds scenes that aren't as funny and drag the pace. De Niro was a way over the top goofball in this movie and I thought it was hilarious in the theater. Definitely not for everyone though.

While Paramount is releasing fare like Gladiator, Braveheart, Private Ryan, Lionsgate is releasing gems like this.

Why are you people crying about what Lionsgate is releasing, The Abyss & True Lies are from Fox? That is who you should be complaining about for not releasing those movies on blu or 4K.

This movie was way funnier than I was expecting when I 1st watched it. Probably a pretty underrated comedy.

I think these 2 database entries are for the same release. Same UPC number. Even though the one with the Amazon link says Blu-ray + DVD, I am pretty sure it is the 4K UHD release that has UPC 031398288053. Both HDmoviesource and blowitoutahere/deepdiscounts list that UPC as the 4K UHD release. Also the SRP of $22.99 indicates a Lionsgate 4K UHD. Maybe an administrator should merge the two database entries if possible.

4k theatrical... nice. Will probably get this one then to upgrade from digital HD since only the unrated cut was on the blu.
