Oh yeah, I love this movie! Such a strange title to be released on UHD. Oh well, not that I'm complaining. Better be unrated though...

Lovely stuff! Bet it's grain managed to hell to from them though as it's a real grain festival this one.

I'm not a comic/Marvel expert at all but I seem to remember now something about this Marvel Knights imprint being dedicated to more harder, R-rated comic book movies? Or at least that was the plan I think? I wish we had lots more Marvel movies like this.

Yes!! Just saw the other one announced. Didn't think this one was going to make the cut, seeing as how it performed so poorly at the box office.

The Dolph film is better if you ask me, but this is miles better than the Jane flick

In for this one too. Unlike some others, this is my least favorite of the three but still very enjoyable. For me, it's Jane, Dolph and then ole Ray Ray.

I tend to agree somewhat. I don't think there was ever a really good Punisher movie released, but I kind of like all 3 to some extent anyway with this being my least favorite.

I dunno, something about the tone kind of rubs me the wrong way. It's too goofy and campy in some sequences, and too serious in others. The Tom Jane film had that tonal clash as well, but not as extreme, IMO. Plus the weird neon-color sets always gave me "Joel Schumacher Batman" vibes.

It's been a long, long time since I watched it though, so it's due or another shot (pun intended?)

Agreed. Love them both though. Season two of Daredevil is also great. I think they dropped the ball with The Punisher's own Netflix series though. Can't wait to see this one in 4K.
