Never upgraded dvd as no uk BD and found SFs expensive for what I understand to be crap

So Halloween, The Fog, Christine, Prince of Darkness and They Live are all coming to UHD in the same year? That's crazy. Escape from New York has got to be coming soon too.

This was never released in the UK and the Escape from NY is an upscale, so let's hope these get a proper UK release soon.

It's an ultra stereo release, 2.0 is correct.

i wonder how the transfer will be, like the existing German one (sans processing) or the SF version. that's the only important question...

well, it's StudioCanal, so it will likely be like the European transfer.
