UK version is a 15mm three-disc case inside a slipcase, none of the fancy holofoil of the US version, just spot glossing for the three columns. It says ULTRA HD + BLU-RAY on the banner but that's a cut and paste error, it doesn't have the BDs.

Yes. Rather annoyed by that. False advertising as far as I'm concerned. Had I known I might have just gone for the blurays

Mine's going right back if they have no intention of breaking out the accompanying 1080p discs. I've no issue with buying Ultra HD only releases BUT I like to know that's what i'm buying as opposed to it being a !!surprise!! middle finger that pops out of the box to greet me. |

That's insane, that must be an error or some door crasher. Already got my copy elsewhere the other day but damn. I swear when I looked the other day, it was 49.99 for normal bluray. Hell the DVD is showing at 44.99

Picked this up for $20 dollars at bestbuy.
Watched the first episode. Was not impressed. The scenes are too dark. Barely any HDR pop. Details are not as sharp as what native 4K should be. Like it was 3K upscaled to 4K, if that makes sense. Lots of grain. Hell, even the intro which is 100% CGI, had grain.... What's the deal with that? |

This is my first WB 4K release of a TV show(I have the first two seasons on BD) and I’m surprised at the compression. It mostly looks good, but there is some ugly banding in the darker scenes. Are the other TV seasons they’ve released on UHD like this?
