I've got the first four on BD (haven't seen Shadow yet) with the covers that have the original poster art. When this inevitably gets released over here in another MI-style pack with one case for the UHDs and the other for the BDs I'mma do exactly what I did with them MI's: stick the BD covers into UHD cases, sell the BD pack from the UHD, job done.
