I think I might just get this after all. No point in hoping/waiting for Fox to release the first two movies, and even if they did, they'll be the censored US versions. Would be nice if someone would release the uncensored French versions though...

The third one for me was almost unwatchable. And I see all of Statham's flicks rofl

But to see a nice transfer of the first movie, with Hsu Qi's sweet, sweet assets glistening from a dip underwater... ohhhh boy.
Oh, and also because I enjoy that movie immensely.

Because of the upcoming Transporter 3 release, I decided to watch my French Blu-ray discs of the first two movies. Highly enjoyable, especially the second one.

I'll pick this one up. I really liked the first one, hated the second one, but actually really enjoyed the third one. So works for me, especially at the nice price point.

Watched this one tonight in DV on my LG E6 and Oppo 203. I was not impressed. Blacks seemed overly crushed. Of all the UHD movies I own, I would have to say this is average at best. Not near the top.

Looking forward in seeing this again, despite being my least favorite Transporter movie. Haven't seen it in ages.

And if by some miracle Fox is going to release them, I would like the original versions and not the US PG-13 ones.

Would be better if EuropaCorp themselves would be releasing these on UHD, then we would definitely get the originals. But I don't see that happening.

Btw Shu Qi is the finest Transporter girl.

Gave this a quick look. There is grain for the grain lovers. Not as good as in Red but not too bad. Blacks are dark and inky. Contrast runs high. Never seen this one before so I can't compare to any other release at this point.
