Nope, nope, nope. Snyder doesn't even know about the content of the reshoots. Fans have asked him on Vero about certain scenes (like those dedicated to the Russian family) and he had no idea what they were referring to.
I still can't tell how much of Snyder's social media presence is him either trolling or just stoking the flames of his most adoring fans. But still, I'm pretty sure he had nothing to do with the reshoots. And even if they were what he wanted to eventually do, they certainly didn't turn out the way he would've done them.

The reshoots kept being written after he left and were only shot once he left. He probably never saw the completed scripts for them but the basic ideas for some of those scenes actually came from Snyder.
It's clear Whedon and WB took it quite a lot beyond what was originally planned.
Unfortunately Snyder's original vision isn't even what we would have gotten if he had stayed on to finish the project. After BvS was released, WB was already making him change the tone from the darker vision he had set out to something more lighter, more Avengers-like.

From the point where filming began, you're absolutely correct. However, that wasn't always true earlier in preproduction. You must not have seen the recent video of Snyder describing some of his original ideas as well as how WB responded to them.

After BvS, WB was afraid of letting him go that dark, so they had him switch things up and do a full rewrite before filming even began, including a lighter tone and removing a lot of the darker elements that were planned while BvS was being made, and tied into some of those events as well.

Too dark wasn't my issue. I don't mind the movie, but the first half pacing was darn atrocious.

I find the pacing in the ultimate cut impressive as its 3 hours long and has plenty of dialogue. Lots of solid editing and tons of locations and intersecting plots keep me interested anyway
