Damn, well I'll be! How did I miss that? Not available as new at Amazon, only on eBay I'm screwed!

UPDATE: I just looked, there wasn't any posts in this thread for over four months, I must have been in the wrong thread! Before the end of September, there was talk of them coming out but nothing mentioned when it actually came out.

Further research shows the current price is like three times the amount! Oh well.

They were Best Buy steelbook exclusives, so Amazon never had them anyway. Hopefully there will be standard versions, I didn't buy them because I don't like steelbooks.

Alright then, there's probably hope. I wondered about that since now that the 4K work has been done, it would be easier now to do different types of home video releases based from the same source.

The UHDs look great btw. But yeah with BB not selling anymore you gotta pay those Ebay prices.

Considering how many pointless DVD and BD re-releases Summit/Lionsgate did, it'd be stupid if 4K ended up being only exclusive to Best Buy in steelbooks for just a couple months.

I recently bought the Italian 4K disc for just under 8 euros. I was surprised at how great it looks. Miles better than the blu ray imho.

I thought the first and third films were okay. Didn't care for the others. The five disc BD combo pack should be enough to satisfy most viewers, apart from hardcore Twihards or physical media collectors.
