Wasn't a big fan of the movie, it was only alright. Will buy day 1 though being a huge massive fan of these books as a kid. But waiting to see if a steelbook happens till I preorder.

EOne distributed Arrival in the UK and that eventually got a UK 4K release. Depends on how Disney/Fox want to handle it (as they currently handle EOne's UK home video releases).

Yeah not sure if I will wait and see as currently listing is for DVD and BD only in UK.

The four month window has been an industry standard for an extremely long time. November 5th is four months roughly.

Personally, I'd release it on October 29th if possible. Even only two days will give it a boost for Halloween watching. Either way, at least digital before Halloween is nice.

The Canadian site Your Entertainment Source also lists November 5th for for Scary Stories. They are not listing a 4K UHD release (yet), but that is maybe natural as Lionsgate doesn't do Canada.
