Don't know if their site is crashing for everyone else, but here's the feature listing:

NEW Dolby Atmos Track
Audio Commentary With Co-Writer/Director John Carpenter And Actress Jamie Lee Curtis
Audio Commentary With Director Of Photography Dean Cundey, Editor Tommy Lee Wallace, And Actor Nick Castle

DISC TWO (BLU-RAY):
NEW 2021 4K Scan From The Original Negative, Approved By Cinematographer Dean Cundey
NEW Dolby Atmos Track
Audio Commentary With John Carpenter And Jamie Lee Curtis
Audio Commentary With Dean Cundey, Tommy Lee Wallace, And Nick Castle
“The Night She Came Home”
TV Version Footage
Theatrical Trailer
TV Spots
Radio Spots

DISC THREE (BLU-RAY):

Vintage Interview With Producer Moustapha Akkad
“Halloween: A Cut Above The Rest”
“Halloween Unmasked 2000”

So it looks like it'll have its own scan rather than just reusing the Lionsgate master... though I am wondering how many films have had multiple physical 4K releases with different masters (I know Batman V Superman leaps in a single bound to mind)

Wow, Halloween I-III in UHD. I've been trying to click on the details but apparently everyone is doing the same thing because the site keeps crashing.

There are a few I remember, might be more.

Bladerunner 2049. Sony did the overseas and WB for NA.

Braveheart. Fox did the overseas and Paramount for NA

Fifth Element. Studio Canal did the overseas and Sony for NA

Arrival. Sony did the French release and Paramount for NA.

I will update if I remember anymore.

Lets hope they are using the same mono mix from the collector's box set.

Yyyyyyyesssssss. I always choose theatrical mixes in general, but this title in particular is make-or-break for me; the iconic music itself just never sounds right to me, unless it's original mono. Totally different timbre (same with Escape From New York and Assault on Precinct 13). Very excited to grab this Day One. It's one of my Top Five all-time favorite flicks.

What is the "Original Color Timing Presentation"? Is that the original theatrical timing or is it the color timing from one of the previous home video releases?

Interestingly enough, while they brought over the missing legacy features from Lionsgate release, they have no mention of the old Criterion-era commentary with JLC, John Carpenter and Debra Hill in the listing. I know it's pretty outdated and the information can be found elsewhere, but seems like a weird omission since the previous releases all had it.

Good question. No one really knows what the original theatrical color timing was (as the endless discussion about it on this site attests), so …

They've got vinyl releases too for the first three films. A bundle that includes posters and enamel pins. They kinda went all out. Why anyone would want posters of that art is beyond me. Not too impressed with the pricing of the individual films either. Hopefully that comes down.

Where are you getting the "original color timing presentation"? That's not in the specs for disc 3 on SF's product page. It's just bonus features on that disc.

Pretty sure the "original color timing presentation" on disc 3 is referring to the 2007 Blu-Ray. They're probably throwing it on that disc for people who like that colour timing, like what they've done with Black Christmas and a few other releases.

2007 disc doesn't have the original colour timing.

Either way, the specs section of the product page on SF's own website doesn't say "original color timing presentation".
