Someone will buy it for something. I'm not expecting a significant amount because of that reason, but even if it's $10 after ebay fees and shipping it's still $10.
I should get more involved in the marketplace on here. Ebay's fees are so high.

I went ahead and did the Shout deal for $249. I'm sure the price will drop eventually but it would have been $200 on Amazon (with tax) so a little bit extra for the vinyl, poster, ensure the slips and get it early is worth it.

I love the art of the vinyl and might just use them as display pieces.

Indeed. Like I said, I expect Amazon to drop the price to the same amount by release, if not much sooner. Ordering it from Shout seems crazy imo. The vinyl isn't worth anything to me since they're not the full soundtracks and the posters and pins are of no interest to me.

I finally bought the original Halloween II Collector's Edition from Scream Factory earlier this year. I was going to bust it out in October for it's 40th Anniversary, but now I have to upgrade to the 4K UHD, ridiculous slip cover and all.
As for Halloween, I currently own the original 2007 blu ray, the 35th anniversary blu ray, and the 40th anniversary 4K UHD. Definitely do not need another copy of this film. That's what I'll keep telling myself.

There is no way it will cost $200 from Amazon by release. As just pointed out, it's already $150 including shipping from Diabolik and Amazon is highly likely to drop to the same price anytime between now and release.

Yes, they posted it in their Facebook announcement. The covers are reversible.

I just thought of another nightmare. What type of artwork do you suppose we can expect on the faces of the discs themselves?

I collect vinyl, but only if I’m interested in the music. I already have an excellent pressing of the original Halloween soundtrack, but I’m tempted to get the bundle with the 7” since there’s unreleased music with part 1 and I don’t have anything from parts 2 & 3. Am I crazy?

I don’t really have any desire for the posters, but if I could get $50 from selling all of them and knock that off my initial cost I would be ecstatic.
