If the UK release works out cheaper I will cancel.
Doubt it though, it will most likely work out same price as catalogue UHD titles are still £20 here.

I'm sure this has been asked already, and I'm sure you 4k afficianados get tired of hearing it, so please forgive me, but what are the chances of the blu-ray being the remaster?

Put in a pre-order. Although I know as a Lionsgate catalog title it's going to go below $15 soon enough, Halloween is an all-timer horror film for me so I have no problems paying $18 for a 4K UHD of it.

Given the 4K disc art uses the same art from the 35th anniversary remaster in 2013, pretty sure the blu-ray in this release will just be that same 35th anniversary disc.

Interesting. This is a classic film of course but Im not sure why I need this day 1. Either grab it on sale or used for $10 bucks or whatever.

I want it day 1 because it’s going to be part of my October horror watching. Also, it’s already cheap. Also, it’s classic horror on 4K and I want to support that any way I can.

I would rather get shingles than miss out on this for Halloween. I'll probably watch it 3 or 4 times. Once the day it arrives, a few more in between and guaranteed to watch this Halloween night.

Actually the art is different. But if you say it will be the remaster I'm holding you to it!

I'm okay paying $17.99 for this. To me, it's THE best horror film of all time and still gives me chills to this day.
