Strange. That's almost implying they never got the stock in the first place. I wonder how someone could have received it. In any case, I wish you luck and hope it gets despatched to you soon.

Picked up Grease 4k at Target this morning. Only had two, both in those stupid plastic cases. Thankfully one had a slip with no damage.

19.99 add redcard and cartwheel. Came to 17.27 out the door.

Some stores for some reason put out their stock early. I saw that yesterday they had them in stock but didn't get a chance to stop by til this morning.

Also on the shelf were the yearbook edition and the three disc special edition with Grease Live and Grease 2.

Shocked anyone could buy it early at Target because generally their system is setup that if you scan a BLU or DVD or CD and it hasn't hit release date yet it won't let the sale go thru. So for those who nabbed copies at Target you are lucky.

Had a chat with a rep on their site today, basically said the above , i don’t think they know what’s going on. Probably took too many orders...I’ll be very annoyed if they don’t fulfill this order

I picked it up at my local Target about 30 minutes ago with no hitches too. Their website indicates it's available to purchase in store, which I believe it most likely driven by the 3/13/18 release date on the product page. I wonder if that info has propagated through all their systems allowing for early purchases.

I HIGHLY recommend you call your local Target before driving down there. I saw the deal on Target's website yesterday and called 4 local Targets that supposedly had it in stock (according to the website). Not one of them had the product. I even got a manager involved who later called me back after checking even more Target stores. No luck.

She said the product is likely to arrive on a truck today. We'll see.

BTW, here's one way to know that Target's internal system is screwed up on this... She told me that on their computers it showed that one of the nearby Target stores had 61,000 copies on hand. Not exactly confidence inspiring.

ok so went to a Target on my lunch break it wasn't on the shelves.

I asked someone that I was looking for the Grease 4K cause there is a cartwheel coupon for it. He checked his scanner said it was in the back. While he was in the back he radioed another associate and mentioned something about it and a few minutes later came out.

Handed me a copy said it was NOT street dated for them but it is just on the change over for Tuesday so he could sell me one again since it wasn't street dated for them.

This is for sure the reason why people were able to scan it and buy it. I've found stuff out early at Target before and when they scan to sell it refuses the purchase.

I used the Target app and got the 15% off and deducted it to $16.99!

I saw the yearbook edition Blu-ray on the new release rack at Barnes and Noble on Saturday. Maybe people are thinking this is an older movie has been out for some time and not realizing it's technically a new release.

I went to two Targets today and neither of them had Grease sitting out. If you look inside the weekly ad it is even listed as a Tuesday new release.

Funny how each version of Grease says something different on the Target app (1 available for store pickup, some aren’t, 2 are in stock, steel is not in stock, etc).

Didn’t care to go into exact details but hopefully you get the point.
