There is no French 4K version - only regular Blu-ray. A 4K steelbook was announced then cancelled and a normal 4K version never showed up. It’s unfortunately looking highly unlikely that an English friendly version - that is English subtitles for the Spanish language scenes - will surface unless Lionsgate chooses to double dip down the track and release an “ Extended Version”

How about Dolby Vision on the Danish version? I would assume it’s the same one we will have in Sweden. Can you put up a photo of the back cover if you don’t have time time to write all the specs when people ask.

Yep, I think we’re down to just Germany or Italy who can hopefully save us.

Dutch blu-ray rear cover (no 4K release here).
Extended cut only, DTS HDMA 5.1, dutch only subs.

Dutch Filmworks (DFW) is notorious for having crap releases, so this will most likely have no burnt-in subs either, only Dutch subs for english+spanish parts. Plus the worst encoding you can imagine. So i didn't actually buy it.

Danish UHD's are usually only intended for Scandinavia, so they mostly just contain Danish, Swedish and Norwegian subs anyway.

Be careful with the German UHD as well, since its supposed to only have German subs. I do own some German BD's which have English subs, but not many have them.

Looks like I'm cancelling my German pre-order. Thanks for the heads up.

Hopefully we'll get a Director's Cut one day or another territory will pull through. If miraculously the German release has English subs for the Spanish parts, I'll just get it when the price drops after the initial launch.

Or if you own an Oppo player you can use custom subtitles from a usb stick.

Are there any other 4K players on the market doing this? (Since the oppo isn’t available anymore)

Watched this last night and without a doubt, when Stallone dies, this will become a cult classic B movie where it will be looked upon as a comedy. It was that bad.

Anyone know of any German sources that ship to Australia? Grooves doesn't have it listed (and I emailed them about it but they weren't any help), and JPC won't ship it. And of course Amazon DE don't ship here anymore...

4K disc extendent cut lenght is 101:04
Audio Tracks are Italian and English both 5.1 DTS HD Master Audio
subtitles only italian
I check with english audio without subs and one scene with spanish dialogues have nothing burning on screen. I hope this help.

Having watched both versions of this now it's got go be the extended cut for me, the prologue just adds so much more IMO.

Really can't see the German UHD having Eng subs for Spanish dialogue scenes, so looks as though it's the Aus BD for an Eng friendly ext version.

JB Hi-fi currently have 30% off so might as well do this now...
