You should bump the 2018 film watch up a couple of weeks, that way you're not watching it after Halloween Kills.

It should be included with orders from every retailer.

The slip box was available everywhere for Creepshow. If these were exclusive they would have announced it.

My horror marathon fests are 3 months long now, so I will be starting up in less than two weeks.

I devote one month just to Dark Shadows, so I can get through a complete story arc (this year it's 185 episodes), then two months for movies and other tv series.

I would really like to see this version as nobody seems to have it and I would love to watch all of the differences.
I have it on a mistakenly released VHS from Media. it looks awful, but it's interesting to watch.

It was released on VHS by Media in the 80s and on a Japanese laserdisc.

I felt the same way last weekend. I watched Wrong Turn 1 + 2, and Nurse.

The main problem with the slip box is that it’s so resilient, it’s going to be harder to burn.

Does anyone know if the 4K release for this and the sequels will be region free?

I do know most 4K releases are region free but there has been releases by Scream Factory where they have region locked the 4K disc.

I know the Blu ray will be Region A locked which is fine as just want the 4K.

Can’t see these been released in the UK so importing is my only hope to get them

It's so resilient that it and the others will retain their shapes and be easier to ship when I sell them on Ebay.

SF also did an abysmal job assembling it. After the sanitarium TV scene, for example, you'll hear the ending notes of the score cue from the end of the opening scene where Michael is revealed to be a kid. It was very sloppily put together. I corrected all of the issues with it and also reinstated the "Smith's Grove, IL 1964" title card before the sanitarium scene and made my own extended cut. Only way I usually watch the film. But obviously, I'm giving this new 4K a spin when I get that.

Have you uploaded your fixed version anywhere? I'd love to check it out.

So Amazon Canada is just never going to post these? I refuse to pay $250 for 5 movies.

So, is the consensus that the Lionsgate 4K release was…off?

I thought it looked fine. Looking at the original broadcast tv cut, there wasn’t a overblown orange look to the day scenes, but there was a ton of blue in the timing. ( Myers outfit looked blue in the day)

Well if you had your finger on the pulse you would've ordered them last week on Amazon US when they all went down to 26.99 bringing the cost for 5 films down to 134.95 before tax
