There is one now, it is here:
https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?t=321379 I would suggest people migrate there for discussion of the code redeem and the new system. Then this thread can unclutter and go back to discussion of the disc set. Last edited by crackedknee; 09-12-2019 at 12:26 AM. |

I think most people sell the codes to offset some of their 4K disc cost.

This week I bought 10 titles from DMC, the Pixar’s and Aladdin’s cost was $139 I’m making 10 each from the codes $100. So for 14 4k my cost $39. |

I paid off my entire Oppo by selling digital codes (granted, I buy a lot of ****). Don't sleep on it, folks. Sell them codes!

Consistent grain/noise throughout the entire presentation; not sure if from the camera source or an effect but it’s lovely. Black level is raised here and there but it seems situational and otherwise the shadows are incredibly deep and rich. Never saw any DNR or banding or compression issues either. Atmos track is sharp and 3D and one of the more dynamic presentations I’ve heard in recent memory.
The HDR rocks... I honestly can’t fault this disc at all. John Wick 2 might have more vibrant color out of the gate but John Wick 3 is just a consistently perfect presentation. Well, not really. The opening studio logos look SDR. But that may be on purpose so the opening animation pops even more. Also, did this have a 4K master? There’s a soft film effect to it for sure but still plenty of detail and the end credits are rendered at 4K |

Must apologize for contributing to thread clutter as well, I can usually sell new release 4k codes for $9-10 which is a nice incentive for me to purchase day 1. If Lionsgate are gonna continue to be a pita for selling codes, am simply just not going to buy their titles day 1 any longer and wait for some discounts.
In any case, had a quick look at the UHD, checked out the final fight sequences in particular and it all looked pretty good, lovely colors. Sounded nice as well, gunfire, especially the shotgun blasts, were palpable on my end. Armor piercing indeed. |

I understand the convience of having a regular guy, but you could be making 10+ easy for Disney/Marvel codes.
