Great to see that an edition with the 1923 film is coming out! That disc also contains a hefty in-depth making-of feature on the 1956 one and a photo gallery for it, so it actually completes the feature set for it.

Bah. I bought the digibook 3-disc Blu to get the documentary not long after buying the UHD. They’re not gonna get me to buy this again, he said while thinking oh mai what a stunning steelbook

I've had that gift set on my shelf for over ten years and never once looked at the physical tat. So, I'm pretty sure I could do without it. I only held onto it because the first 4K release omitted that third BD with the 1923 version and additional features.

I am slowly getting back into collecting Steels but got to resist. I splurged around £400 last weekend on eBay on Star Wars (11 Steels), Tenet (Manta Lab) and some old Play/HMV UK MCU Steels

Steelbook is kind of fugly :/..Wish it just carried over the regular 4K cover, which personally speaking, is the best cover I've seen for the film.

You could just spend a few quid buying the HMV premium collection release and adding those discs to the standard 4k release.

Quite happy with the standard artwork vs the steelbook artwork, so double dipping won’t be happening.

The Ten Commandments is a 67 year old movie, and anyone who's interested in the film should already know everything about it. All the cast and filmmakers are gone, so I don't know what else can be said and shown behind the scenes about The Ten Commandments that a person have already seen and heard.
