Their nearby USPS origin facilities are really inefficient too. I've had packages get stuck in Philly for literally weeks and Jersey City, which is where my Halloween order was routed through, pretty much always takes at least two days to get things processed. Bull Moose's USPS facilities in New England are crazy fast by comparison.

I preordered 1-3 July 6th from Amazon. 1 came today (dent in slipcover), 2 comes tomorrow, 3 on Wednesday.

Received mine from amazon today, 4K disc was loose before opening, all disks have scratches on and inside case art work has creases in the only thing that was near perfect was the box it came in, its such a carry on trying to get ones without imperfections

Blame the replication plants + the crappy cases being used by almost everyone. Almost 50% of my UHDs this year have had some scratches, from Disney, to Lionsgate, to Shout. It's gotta be the plants. Sometimes I keep them and sometimes I do an instant return. I sadly had to return my Gattaca Steelbook because both discs came scratched, then it was sold out and I couldn't get another one. Customers have it hard right now, there is literally 10 possible reasons you could return every single movie you get, and you're really not wrong. I think this is a ploy to kill physical media, if someone like Amazon stops stocking them because returns are too high and it's too much trouble, it's over.

The spindles on these hubs is really not great. I had my first loose disc in a really long time with H2 (thankfully, no scratches). The spindles aren't even broken, they are just flimsy and don't feel right.

Wasn't pleased with the eco cases on 4 and 5, either. Especially with the slipboxes, because you have to grasp the inner case to pull it out. I'm definitely switching those out as soon as I can come up with replacements.

Love the releases, but the cases leave to be desired.

I ordered the 5 Halloween's from Diabolik. It shipped on October 5th and the tracking says it's scheduled for delivery on Saturday, October 9th. The tracking has been updated today where the package reached a new location.

so the general consensus i'm getting from reading through here is that, if you have a dolby vision capable setup, this is a good release, but if you don't and can only do HDR10, this is a subpar release, is that right?
