The last 20 mins were brutal. Worth a watch for Paz Vega lol but props to Sly for at least delivering on the action front.

Now that we are a few years removed, can someone explain to me the difference between the German release and the extended version on streaming platforms? I’ve been waiting for the extended cut to be released and it seems like that won’t happen.

Also is the German version region locked? Thought 4K blu rays were always region free?

The main difference is the scene added at the beginning of Rambo trying to save some people and failing in the forest. It's superfluous to me, so prefer the shorter edit tbh.

I just ordered the German release, does it have the Spanish subtitles baked in for the villain characters?

I don't claim to be an expert but to my eyes it looks nearly (if not 100%) identical to the Studio Canal release, which I assume is the same as the Lionsgate one

I didn't hate Last Blood but, if this is truly going to be final film in the series, they squandered an opportunity to truly go all out with a bang storywise. This was just another generic action movie about cartels.

After the first you could reasonably say each of the sequels had diminishing returns, aside from the mayhem which ensued from the gun fights alone.

The last twenty minutes is pure aplomb from John Rambo in the face of what amounts to a small army.
