Give me a crazy boxset for the first movie similar to the Neverending Story release. Put the discs is a big pumpkin

I already own this movie and bought it a thousand times, so ridiculous packaging makes it interesting.

yes. the shout has a strong pink/red push just like the exorcist 3 bluray from arrow and shout. its not the right colour timing and although everyone says its a great release its just over saturated with red/pink. it might be more flashy but the steelbook has a nice colour timing and fixed audio and is better. side by side the shout my stand out more but people raved about how great the exorcist 3 bluray was also until the 4k came out and arrow and shout corrected it. if arrow or any other major label release h20 i would guess the timing would be more inline with the steelbook which is more inline with every other release of H20

Imprint better be releasing Halloween. You don’t tease the iconic opening credits pumpkin if it’s anything else. Always a good day when I can kick another Scream Factory release off the shelf.

My thoughts exactly. It would be genuinely offensive to use a bit from the opening credits of this film to promote the release of an entirely different film.

If Imprint really does this, I'll be in for a FIM encode. Though I expect it to be one of their big expensive sets.

Would be funny if it was teasing one of the sequels or the RZ remakes though

If they can get the Criterion mono track or a restored mono at least I will (maybe) upgrade the Shout. But this will probably just be a big expensive import set full of tat with the same specs or close to it so useless for current Shout holders.

A better encode (FiM?! Just imagine…) and classier artwork (not difficult) would easily smoke Shout’s offering.
