Jenny was a flawed character just like Lt. Dan, etc. They are in chaotic turmoil as are the historic events portrayed. They are all foils to play off Gump's childlike innocence; the leaf on the wind motif. Stark contrasts. However, they come around in the end.

Thank you for letting me know! Might be because we're still 3.5 weeks away from release date. I know Saving Private Ryan 4K and The Patriot 4K got it, so I'm speculating that Forrest Gump 4K might have one as well. Guess we'll have to see if people report getting IW closer to or after release date, but who knows if the price will spike back up by that point.

What format war ? HDR10 is a standard and DV is an add-on.

Not sure if this already been addressed but does anyone know if this release will have all of the extras from the old DVD? I currently have the UK Steelbook but it was missing the second disc of extras.

It says 3 discs on Zoom's website as well as on the spine of the UHD case in the pic, so I assume it does. I also had the Play.com Steelbook, but I took the punt on this.

Thanks for your thoughts, I hadn't actually clocked that so it's good to know. If I'm going to upgrade to the UHD I at least want all of the extras I missed out on last time!

It’s getting a Canadian release 100%. Amazon.ca is very slow to list 4K’s lately. Gladiator and Braveheart both Paramount releases didn’t show up for pre-order until a few weeks before. We should see the listing this week.
