Die Hard is 1,000 times better.

lol well that’s obvious since Die Hard is arguably the best action film ever.

All the Die Hard movies are better than Skyscraper-except 5-5 is not good at all.

Die Hard 5 is watchable to me as a mindless action film but it sucks as a Die Hard movie. I wish the tap dancing carrot eating villain was the actual main villain since at least he had some character to him & was entertaining instead of the dull villain we get. I also thought the car chase in it was solid even if it was a bit long.

Agreed, in NO way does this feel like a die hard movie. Willis seems angry and bored to be in it-and the car chase is the best thing in it-even though THAT is kind of preposterous.

So for $10 would you say I should give Skyscraper a chance or just save my money?

Jeez man, is it your last $10? Do you like The Rock? Did you read the site User Reviews, there are three ...

lol I just rarely blind buy movies anymore & I just never got around to seeing this. Since I saw it was so cheap I figured I’d ask a few people to see if it’s worth it for that price.

If you're expecting a classic, this is not it, but for what it is, I enjoyed it

I'd go for a Whopper bacon & cheese and a poutine instead.
You didn't miss much.

If you have another $10 bill in your other pocket and asking for a place to park, you can do worse...like dropping it from the bridge into the water down below...few hundred feet down, and it's gone. So yeah, buy the 4K Blu of Skyscraper for $10 and after watching it it's yours forever to keep or to give to the next kid you meet on that bridge wondering how he can spend that $10 bill that he found few days ago while fishing.

I saw it at the theaters with my AMC Stubs program when it was out-I had friends seeing another movie and I went to see this. I was kind of bored by it-I didn't think there was much to it.

I liked it. Some of the height stuff freaked me out a bit.
It was entertaining for me.

Fun in 4K and fun in 3D. Totally generic but it looks great and it's a solid, 90's style action movie. The vfx are amazing.

Skyscraper and Rampage are both really fun and as people have mentioned the 90's style just adds to the charm.

IMHO put your $10 towards another movie, one of the few movies I turned off 20 minutes into it!

If you turn this movie off after 20 minutes then you definitely miss what little there is to appreciate about it. It's not a good movie by any stretch but the UHD is worth a full watch for the audio/visual quality and a handful of cool moments once things start heating up.

Basically, yeah. Not bad but forgettable.

I’m a Dwayne Johnson fan. Both this and Rampage I enjoyed a little bit while I was watching them. Maybe it’s just me, but both were pretty forgettable. If you’re not a DJ fan I might pass. The completist in me made me feel like I had to get them since I have almost all of his films and am a sucker for steelbooks.

SAN Andreas was a lot of fun. This is a good action flick to pass time.

Appreciate the recommendation...but if memory serves me right, made up for the handful of cool moments by watching Sicario instead.
