I don't think I can do a top three because I have too many I enjoy and feel special about.

I can, however, do a top #1 no matter how long is my list and what titles swap out after first place.

Rapture

Followed by some of my favorites

Anything Harryhausen (First Men in the Moon and Mysterious Island look spectacular and blew me away first time I saw them).
The Big Heat
Leave Her to Heaven
Judgment at Nuremberg
The Blue Max
Zulu
(love this film too much not to include it on any TT list)
The Twilight Samurai
Bunny Lake is Missing
Born Yesterday
Major Dundee
A Man for all Seasons
Swamp Water
Heaven Knows Mr. Allison
House of Bamboo
Moby Dick
Those Magnificent Men in Their Flying Machines
Nicholas and Alexandra
The Blob
Rollerball
The Train
Bell Book and Candle
Pal Joey
Broken Lance
Theatre of Blood

And about eight others. So many good ones to choose from.

I have tons of TT Blu-ray, so it's too difficult to pick just 3!

Anyway, I did my best

Bell, Book and Candle
Leave Her to Heaven
Our Man Flint

The latter 2 were actually 2 of the first 5 TT titles I ever bought (in 2013). The other 3 were In Like Flint, Hard Times & Major Dundee.

Did anyone else just get the 50 remaining/100 remaining copies email. TT's plan worked because I just picked up

Birdman Of Alcatraz
Inherit The Wind

While I was skimming the site I noticed a few others on sale so I picked up

I Want To Live
The Train

I really want to get Peyton Place and The Detective but I can wait for a sale even just bumping them to $20 a piece will work for me.
