If it got back up to 8 pages, I guess someone cancelled their order. Or they found more copies of some titles. On edit: Down to 6 pages now, and Who'll Stop the Rain has disappeared again (that's the one I referred to above that was there, disappeared, and came back). |

Huh.... I wonder if there's any way to get blu-ray.com to restore the "percentage of releases by distributor" statistic. I would have no idea who to ask... One neat new statistic, in this new revamped statistics page, is the ability to view your collection by year of release. (Or, if this statistics page isn't new, I've never noticed it before, at any rate.) Here's the chart I got. I added the dates on the bottom for clarity: on the page itself, the chart is interactive and when you move your cursor over any column it tells you the year and number of films you have from that year. Looks like I have a soft spot for the 1950s, with 1955 being the pinnacle!

So, I jumped on the TT site Sunday night and quickly started adding stuff to my cart. It was kind of random, but I ended up with 12 titles:
[Show spoiler] Of course, in my haste I left out a couple that I wanted, so I went back this morning and ordered four more: [Show spoiler] Unfortunately, I also missed out on a couple of titles that sold out in the meantime. I'd like to say that I'm done buying Twilight Time releases, but I know that's probably not true. I'm pretty sure that I'm done for now, though. Thanks for the ride, Twilight Time. |

I am going to skip posting any low quantities at Twilight Time as all is selling out fast & in many cases to fast to keep up with .
The most recent titles sold out between the 2 sites are : La Moglie Piu Bella Gun Fury To Sir With Love Lowest quantities remaining at SAE available & most likely will sell out fastest now are : Peyton Place Cutters Way Flaming Star Theatre of Blood Eye of The Needle Strange Invaders Zelig Alamo Bay |

This is definitely sad news for me. I watched my blu ray copy of The Driver last night not thinking it's a TT release and it was a bittersweet feeling being grateful that it got a blu ray release (as well as being able to snag a copy literally right before it sold out) but also sad that TT will be no more. I own a nice amount of TT blu rays. At Close Range is another treasure I'm eternally grateful to TT for releasing on blu.

At the present time, 23% of my blu-ray collection is made up of Twilight Time titles. So, this company meant a great deal to me.... |

I just looked at the list and was shocked to see that copies of 10 Rillington Place (1971) are still available for $6.95. How is that possible? If there's a single title out of the remaining stock that should be sold out by now at that price point, it's this one.

I can assure you that if there are small stores buying up inventory, they're not doing it to break even. Which considering their own shipping and handling charges would already mean that they'd have to sell higher than today's TT prices to achieve just that.
