I got the same email. Still not shipping anytime soon but at least our orders seem to be safe for now.

Got an email earlier today from SAE indicating my 05/24/20 order has shipped.

I know it's going to be a while before my TT order ships considering it's been 17 days now. I'm just hoping I get the items I ordered when it's all said and done,.

I ordered from Screen Archives. Shipped on the 15th of May and arrived in the UK on the 24th and was delivered today.

Lol my SAE order I ordered last night has shipped my 2TT orders still have not that I placed on the 10th lol nice. Ita all good as long as I get the stuff tho I will be fine

Nope, as long as your order is "awaiting fulfillment" you can still receive emails about items in your order that are out of stock.

So, there is an "Awaiting Fulfillment" status? I placed my order back on the 10th like many of you, and it has been in "Awaiting Shipment" status since the 11th. Are there actually two separate statuses? "Awaiting Fulfillment" and "Awaiting Shipment"?

it’s almost like all the moaning and bellyaching in the thread was based on speculation and didn’t have any bearing on facts. who would have thought?

Well look at that. I'm glad that people have been emailing them to raise the concerns, the intended effect was achieved. Very nice to see TT send out an email update with reassurance and clarification on how the order processing is going, even if not addressing the question of what order they're shipping in, and hopefully the cancellations are limited exceptions.

It wasn't based on speculation. It was based on factual occurrences, such as people having items cancelled from their orders, and orders from many people who ordered on the first day of the sale not shipping, while very recent orders were shipping.

Got an email today that my 05/23 SAE order has shipped - when you exclude the weekend, that's great turnaround time. I'm sure SAE has had increased order volume as more people turn there to pick up titles sold out at TT. Starting on 5/10 and as recently as this past weekend, all of my SAE orders have shipped within 2-4 business days. (Arriving to Canada is another story, but I'm waiting patiently!)

Interesting, because I have an order from SAE from 5/11 that is still pending. I may have to find out what is going on.

You should definitely contact them. I've placed two orders with SAE, on 5/20 and 5/26 respectively, and both have already shipped. SAE is pretty quick on turnaround, so I suspect something's gone awry with your order.

Of course, my TT order from 5/11 is still "awaiting shipment."

I just pulled the plug on Broken Lance! Hopefully, Kino will give us the original soon too.
