3 of my orders have shipped, all except the two I placed on the 19th. One of those has the signed The Front and the other has Used Cars, so suspect that's why they're shipping last (obviously in the case of Used Cars). Hopefully the order with The Front will ship today.

My order with the autographed copy has shipped today also. Too bad TT didn't send them those autographed copies 2 weeks ago or we would have had some films for this weekend...

Mine shipped too. I guess they must've sent the promo plus the new release titles all at the same time.

My April pre-order has not shipped. Did your pre-orders ship, or just the order you had with the signed copy?

I just have an order of sale itmes and the signed copy of The Front. I assumed that The Front took so long because it must've been sent along with the April new releases.

I see, my order with The Front had a few sale items too. I hope your assumptions are true about the pre-orders arriving also. It would be nice for them to ship those on release day.

I ordered Used Cars the minute it went live for pre-order and nothing else. No shipping conformation as of now.

Sure its limited but they're doing it for 1200 per year. I've gotten a few but not everyone, in fact missed more than I've gotten. That's a good clip in any event, and certainly can be seen as a regular sale.

I wonder why SAE have not shipped USED CARS yet ? IF I do not have my copy release date I am calling them and gioving them a piece of my mind because EVERY other retailer can get copies of titles to people on release day.

If only 100 quick-triggered people per month can get a signed copy, it does not equate to a "regular sale". They just had one of those. Anyone could get a selection of titles without engaging in the online equivalent of a Black Friday Wal-mart door-opening mass stampede. I do appreciate TT's willingness to do these promotions, and they have been a regular monthly event so far this year. But they are not a regular sale.

You serious? Even though they do ship early, they have zero obligation to send discs out before the official release date. Neither do any other retailer.

It is very difficult for SAE (or any retailer), to ship items that are not in their possession. Bear in mind that TT's discs are manufactured by Cinram, based in Pennsylvania, and subsequently shipped by Cinram to SAE, based in Virginia. Cinram handles most of the big studio accounts (Fox etc,) and therefore their production lines are always humming with larger runs. Consequently, although we, they, and SAE, always try to meet the street date deadlines, it is sometimes not possible. When SAE gets product in early, they ship early, otherwise they ship when the product comes in.

As it states very clearly on SAE's website, the "street" dates are estimates, and cannot always be adhered to...Used Cars and the other 4 April titles will not reach SAE before the 8th, so therefore will not go out until later in the week.

Just had my 4th order (with The Front) shipped. Only one to go and that has Used Cars so I guess that won't be shipping for another week or so.
