I would tend to agree as I just don't think many people are aware of this movie. It is awesome for what it is...albeit hard to define what it is. Not sure how Connery even agreed to this role .

This movie is the definition of "cult" and I really enjoyed it. Probably have seen it 4-5 times and will upgrade my DVD. I would recommend it for anyone looking for something offbeat, for Sci Fi-fantasy fans, or Sean Connery fans.

I still remember my wife's comment when she saw Sean Connery in this movie...something link "OMG what is that".

I can see Zardoz selling in the same way that Rollerball sold. It's one of those sci-fi movies that might get a delayed reaction from the target crowd and eventually end up selling out a month or two after release.

I really really really cannot wait for Lenny. I love Lenny Bruce and Dustin Hoffman. I knew nothing about Zardoz until i heard about it here but Im down to try it. I love older sci-fi.

How long did it take for the last Fright Night bluray to sell out? I won't be able to pre-order until the weekend.

It took about a week I think.

This one should still be around this weekend, however you can still preorder now since they won't charge your card until they ship next month. However you do need to have enough funds in your account to cover the purchase when you order.

Allegedly Twilight Time is half way through the run of 5000 copies of Fright Night at this point. I can't speculate on it, but its very possible given the number of copies already sold that it will be sold out by the weekend.

Well I'm glad I missed out on the commotion! At 1:00 PM (4 PM Eastern), I was sitting in a Theatre watching the New Hobbit Flick in 3D, I came home about 3 hrs. later and put My order in for Fright Night. I knew there was no way this would sell out that quick, and after watching how long it took "The Blob" to sell I wasn't too worried...Oh, by the way the Movie was Great!

No, it was about 35 days. Of course TT was barely known at that time.

I'll be double-dipping too on JOURNEY (a favorite "must-have" movie) and I, too, scored a signed copy, so I really don't care about that. What would be nice is if it has a commentary track this time, Nick Redman and Julie Kirgo with Pat Boone, Arlene Dahl and Diane Baker, and throw in Jon Burlingame or John Morgan and William Stromberg to talk about the Herrmann score. Now, that would make it really worth the double-dipping.

Just transfer the signed booklet to the new copy sell the old copy, unless the booklets are different and you want to keep both. I plan I double dipping as well.

That's a no go as he signed the clear plastic on the case. I guess you could always swap out Blu-ray cases.
